To better understand the perinatal landscape, Region 9 Leadership hosted meetings with stakeholders and community members in each county last summer. We're thrilled to continue our efforts with our County Luncheon Tour starting in March, aiming to strengthen relationships and support across the region. We will be focusing on support for doulas, home visitors, providers, and all who work in maternal child health in Region 9! Please click the button below to register!

The Region 9 Perinatal Quality Collaborative is excited to launch its program for Doula Training + Mentorship! We're so glad you're interested. This program will run April 2025 - August 2025. This training will be lead by Anesha Stanley of Full Circle Doula Services. It will follow the Sisters in Loss Doula Course Curriculum, which includes eight modules covering essential aspects of doula work, from conception and birth to postpartum care, lactation support, mental health, and business development. This is an MDHHS-Approved Doula Training Program, meaning you will receive a certificate of completion that qualifies you to credential with Medicaid.
